Refund policy

Any full-priced eligible item purchased from opellecreative.com may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping and return fees within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Discounted items, special orders or any items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, any duties and taxes are non–refundable. Returns on orders placed after September 10^th 2023 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If your order was placed prior to September 10^th 2023 a $25 return fee will be applied to any US or International return. 

Items sent for return or exchange must be in perfect condition, unused with all tags, dust bag & accessories in place. Returned items must be packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton.

Opelle retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in saleable condition, shipped in improper packaging or with parts or tags missing. We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are received after the 14 day period.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of goods, via the same means by which original payment was made exclusive of any applicable return costs.

Return shipping is offered at a preferential flat rate of $50 through DHL Express. To ship your item back via your own means please send us an email to info@opellecreative.com
