Once you have placed your order and checked out you’ll receive an email confirmation verifying your order with Opelle. Please ensure that all of your information is correct and keep a copy for your records. If there are any errors on the receipt, please email us with your order number at email@example.com
You will have the option to enter a password and create an account with Opelle. Creating an account will expedite checkout on future orders and allow access to the customer account area where you can check the status of your orders, access shipping and tracking information and manage your addresses and preferred payment methods.
Opelle accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Paypal payments. At the time of checkout you will have the option of choosing either credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. If you are checking out with an existing Paypal account, please ensure that your information is up to date, including your shipping address, prior to check out.
Tax & Duties
We charge and remit all applicable sales taxes within Canada.
If you are ordering from outside Canada & the US your order may be subject to duties & taxes upon delivery. These fees are assessed & charged by your local customs authority and Opelle is unable to influence or effect these fees in anyway. In the case of returns Opelle is unable to refund any customs, taxes or duties incurred on items shipped outside North America.
Promo codes are valid at the time of purchase only for the discount amount or percentage specified. Codes are not retroactive, we cannot apply discounts or codes after the order has been placed. Codes are valid for the dates specified only. Limit 1 per transaction. Items purchased with a code of greater than 10% are considered discounted/sale and are subject to our exchange policy for sale/discounted purchases.

A Note About Colors
We do our best to show colors & textures as accurately as possible but due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. If you are unsure about the color of an item of leather we always recommend ordering a swatch as this is the only way to ensure exact color representation.
While Black is nearly always in stock, seasonal colours are discontinued at the end of the season and usually are not restocked.
While we find that the majority of straps are perfect at default lengths, we are able to make adjustments at your request. To enquire about custom strap lengths email us at email@example.com before placing your order. Any changes made constitute a special order and such pieces are final sale.
Special Orders are items that we either do not keep on stock or that are currently out of stock. Special Orders will be made specially for you and ship within 5 - 6 weeks or the date noted in the description. If an item is Special Order it will be clearly noted on the product page. Please note that we cannot make any changes or additions to the design of the peice.
Unfortunately we are unable to take custom orders or make any changes to the design of a peice beyond minor adjustments to strap lengths.
