US & International Returns

Any full-priced eligible item purchased from may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping and return fees within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Discounted items, special orders or any items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, any duties and taxes are non–refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to any US or International return.

Items sent for return or exchange must be in perfect condition, unused with all tags, dust bag & accessories in place. Returned items must be packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton.

Opelle retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in saleable condition, shipped in improper packaging or with parts or tags missing. We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are received after the 14 day period.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of goods, via the same means by which original payment was made exclusive of any applicable return costs.

Warranty & Repairs

All Opelle products are made by hand in Toronto Canada. Your satisfaction is very important to us and as such we guarantee our workmanship & the quality of our products against flaws and defects. Any production flaw or defect occurring within the first year of purchase will be corrected either by repair or replacement as appropriate, and the item returned to you free of charge.

Warranty & Repair requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, either from or an approved stockist. Customers are responsible for shipping the piece back to us. Natural wear and tear, variations in the natural grain of the leather, damage due to misuse or change of mind is not covered under our repair policy.
